About Us
Welcome to Daylight Edge
Illuminating how professionals think, show up and perform at their best.
Our Vision
A world where professionals lead with clarity – thinking well under pressure, taking ownership of their behaviour, and performing with consistency that compounds over time.
Our Mission
Daylight Edge combines brain-based coaching principles with Enneagram practice to help professionals recognise their patterns under pressure and choose a steadier response.
We coach individuals and develop teams so that good judgement holds up in the boardroom and the training office alike.
What We Do
- Coaching (1:1 and team)
- Competency assessments
- Academic support (eg. IAC/APC/ CFA)
- Training Office support
- Leadership Development
- Behavioural assessments (Enneagram)
Clarity changes perspective. Ownership changes outcomes. That’s the edge.
What makes Daylight Edge Different
At Daylight Edge, we combine real-world professional experience with structured development to help individuals and training offices perform at their best. Every engagement is built on trust, personalised support, and a genuine commitment to results that actually stick.
Deepa personally leads every engagement. Whether you’re an executive, a CA trainee preparing for board exams, or a leadership team navigating change, you get the same level of attention and expertise throughout.
Deepa is a CA(SA) with over 20 years across corporate finance, risk advisory and operations, and more than a decade of coaching experience. She holds NLI brain-based coaching accreditation, Integrative Enneagram practitioner status and registration as a SAICA assessor. Few coaches combine chartered accountancy, neuroscience-based coaching training and Enneagram accreditation in one practice.
Sessions are structured around your Enneagram profile, your pressure points and your professional context, so the coaching addresses how you actually think and react rather than a generic leadership model.
Training office support is designed by a registered SAICA assessor with direct experience inside training environments. It’s built around SAICA’s actual requirements and how training offices really operate day to day.
The approach draws on brain-based coaching principles from the NeuroLeadership Institute and the Integrative Enneagram. Both frameworks explain why people behave the way they do under pressure, and both point to how to change it.
Coaching here is aimed at what changes in practice: how you make decisions, how you lead and how you perform when the stakes are high. Progress gets tracked session to session, not left as a general impression.
Daylight Edge is a Level 1 B-BBEE contributor and black-owned EME – meaning your spend with us qualifies for maximum preferential procurement recognition.
